About East Bay Packleader

Born in 2012 as a way to make a living while caring for ailing family members, East Bay Packleader took on a life of its own as the dogs made themselves comfortable in our space, and our hearts.

Dogs are happier when they have company, and pet parents are happiest when they know their fur babies are in the hands of people who care about their dogs as much as they do!

Lisa Ascarrunz, founder/owner of East Bay Packleader, says, “I have had a lifelong love of animals, especially dogs. It turns out that I also have a knack for working with them, making sure everyone gets along and flourishes.”

When you bring your dog in, we are genuinely excited to see you, and to spend time with each dog, whether they are here for the day or staying for a week while their people are on vacation.
